Under 18

The youngest we will tattoo or pierce at BDC is 16. No exceptions!

If you are 16 or 17 and would like to get a piercing or tattoo you must get a release form from us that must be notarized with a parent or guardian prior to any procedure.

We cannot notarize the form here and the parents cannot notarize the form themselves. A third party must notarize it.

The parent or guardian must be present for the entire procedure.

Both the parent/guardian and the minor must have state or federally issued photo IDs. This can be a drivers license, passport, state ID, or military ID. School IDs are not acceptable.

If the last names do not match on the IDs, state law requires a copy of the minors birth certificate.

If the minor is here with a legal guardian we must have the actual court ordered guardianship papers.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 in the shop.
